pneumatic membrane lining PTFE valve, ZJHPF pneumatic PTFE membrane lining a single seat control valve is a kind of anti corrosion through single seat control valve, body wall components in contact with the fluid and valve are high-pressure injection molding process, lined with corrosion resistance, aging resistance of the fluorinated ethylene propylene (F46), and the use of PTFE ethylene bellows seal. Control is widely used in acid, alkali and other strong corrosive media and toxic, volatile gas, liquid.
Characteristic.
1, corrosion resistance. Almost all capability of medium (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia) of corrosion.
2, good sealing performance. The corrugated pipe and packing a double seal, ensure no leakage.
3, a small amount of leakage. Because the valve core, valve seat with the soft sealing, to ensure no leakage.
4, with HA actuators, large output force, compact structure.
